Yoghurt Chilli- Dahi Murchi- I was only reading about these last night. I am intrigued to know how you do these. Your crops look healthy and abundant. And stuffed squash flowers- a picture of summer.
ReplyDeleteHi Francesca! Thank you for your compliments! I will definitely be posting a How-to for the Chillies in the next few weeks, I'll let you know when it's up. :)
DeleteWow, look at all your produce! How fabulous! And I'm intrigued by the mesquite powder - the only time I've heard of mesquite was as a bbq wood? Surely that's not a bag of sawdust? :)
ReplyDeleteHi Celia! Mesquite wood is used in BBQ's, mesquite flour/powder is made from the ground pods(beans) of the tree. The flour has this combination chocolate and roasted nut flavor. Can't wait to use it! Thanks for stopping by and thanks again for hosting! :)
DeleteBirthday blessings for you! What variety of grapes are those? Lovely abundance of produce in your kitchen this month :)
ReplyDeleteHi Tandy! Thank you for stopping by! We have 3 varieties of grapes but the Concords are the only ones who've gone to fruit yet. :)

ReplyDeleteHi Moya! I know how lucky I am to have such a sweet Hubby! It's great to have another option to preserve the produce, and its definitely space saving compared to jars. Thanks for stopping by. :)
DeleteThose eggplant look gorgeous as does the rest of the produce. Yummo to the stuffed squash flowers :)
ReplyDeleteHi Maree, Thanks for stopping by! Stuffed Squash Flower recipe coming soon! :)
DeleteSorry for the delay in coming over, been a bit distracted the past week. The colour of your grapes are fantastic. I look forward to your Cashew recipe, my mouth is watering just looking at them. Never seen a jerk/food dehydrator like yours before, I have one, but it looks completely different which makes it interesting for me.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by Shaheen! I'll be posting the cashew recipe this week. :)
DeleteSuch beautiful looking produce. I'm curious about the dehydrator and all the things you are going to use it for. Looking forward to the cashew recipe too. Happy Birthday!
