Black Bean & Squash Veggie Burgers

This time I want to share one that was tried and tested with our family recently and is sure to be a hit at your summer BBQ's. This soy-free veggie burger is packed with flavor, that plays off the herby cilantro and spicy BBQ sauce, topped with an avocado slice on a sesame seed bun. Banana Blueberry Oatmeal Dog Donuts

This year we decided in addition to celebrating Diwali we would celebrate the Nepalese holiday of Kukur Tihar, October 25th. Kukur Tihar is a special holiday celebrating the relationship between humans and dogs. All dogs are thanked for their companionship throughout the year, they are garlanded with flowers, tika of kumkum and turmeric is applied to their heads, and they are given delicious treats.
