Happy Hispanic Heritage Month! Each year, from September 15 to October 15 Americans celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month by sharing the histories, cultures and contributions of American citizens whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean, Central and South America. Last year - 2021 was especially significant because it was the 200th anniversary of Costa Rican Independence from Spain.   • 10-12 Dried Curry Leaves
  • 12 Cardamom Pods
  • 1/2 Cup Coriander Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Dried Red Chilies
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Fenugreek Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Mustard Seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Ground Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Black Peppercorns

Instructions

  1. Dry Roast all the spices (except turmeric) until fragrant.
  2. Grind into a fine powder. Store in a clean glass container for up to 3 months.
