Happy New Year 2016!

Hi Everyone, Happy New Year!
We hope you all have a healthy, happy and prosperous 2016.

It was our turn again to host the family New Year's Eve party! Our New Year's had a wide selection of both hot and cold appetizers inspired by both cocktail parties of days gone by and fusion cuisine.
The Menu had plenty of variety: 

Hors d'oeuvres- Bacon Wrapped Dates, Salmon Dill Tartlets, Egg and Cheese Mini Quiches, Deviled Quail Eggs, Potato and Pea Samosas, Ham Croquettes, Pineapple Teriyaki Meatball, Hummus, Mini Lamb Kofta Kebabs with Cilantro Chutney, Black Bean Dip with Homemade Tortilla Chips, Marinated Kielbasa and Pineapple Bites

Mains - Pear Salad, Basmati Rice, Lentil Salad, Veggie Pasta Salad, Mesquite Seasoned Pork Tenderloin with Veggies, Shrimp and Green Bean Paella, and Zucchini & Carrot Patties

Desserts - Fresh Fruit Salad, Cranberry Cake, Macaroons, Rainbow Cookies
