We always have people with a variety of eating preferences & palates attending our BBQ's. In response, I've always had fun experimenting with flavors and making new burgers for our get-togethers. This time I want to share one that was tried and tested with our family recently and is sure to be a hit at your summer BBQ's. This soy-free veggie burger is packed with flavor, that plays off the herby cilantro and spicy BBQ sauce, topped with an avocado slice on a sesame seed bun. Irish Cheddar Cheese Toast



A delicious and fast breakfast or snack food, highlighting Irish Cheddar Cheese on rustic Whole Grain Bread. I love cheese, and while a good grilled cheese sandwich is always welcome, toasties are the best! Unlike a traditional American grilled cheese which is cheese sandwiched between slices of bread and toasted; these Cheese Toasts are open-faced with bread toasted just enough, cheese mix melting into it, then forming a delicious brown toasted cheese crust on top.

Irish Cheddar Cheese Toast

A delicious and fast breakfast or snack food, highlighting Irish Cheddar Cheese on rustic Whole Grain Bread.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Irish Aged Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 Slices of Whole Grain Bread

Instructions

  1. Set your Instant Air Fryer to the following setting, 400F for 4 minutes.
  2. Mix the Mayo, Mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and shredded cheese. Then spread evenly on the four slices of whole grain bread.
  3. Place in the Air Fryer when temeprature has been reached and cook for 4 minutes.
  4. After cooking is done, allow the to cool for a moment and carefully remove and serve. Enjoy!

Yield: Serves 2

Prep Time: 3 mins.

Cook time: 4 mins.

Total time: 7 mins.
