Sweet Chili Lime Chicken Burgers

We just spent an awesome 10 days in Costa Rica. But now I'm back...just in time for better weather and backyard barbecues! We always have people with a variety of eating preferences & palates attending our BBQ's. In response, I've always had fun experimenting with flavors and making new burgers for our get-togethers. This time I want to share one that was tried and tested with our family recently and is sure to be a hit at your summer BBQ's. This juicy chicken burger has just the right amount of sweet chili lime kick that plays off the herby green onions and cilantro, topped with pickled red onions on a sesame seed bun. Sweet Chili Lime Chicken Burgers By Emily (Cooking for Kishore) Ingredients 1.5 lbs Ground Chicken Thigh 5 Green Onions, choppped 1 Cup Cilantro, chopped 1 Tbsp Garlic Ginger Paste 1 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce 1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp Red Chili Flakes, crushed 1/2 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper 1/4 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil

Irish Cheddar Cheese Toast

A delicious and fast breakfast or snack food, highlighting Irish Cheddar Cheese on rustic Whole Grain Bread. I love cheese, and while a good grilled cheese sandwich is always welcome, toasties are the best! Unlike a traditional American grilled cheese which is cheese sandwiched between slices of bread and toasted; these Cheese Toasts are open-faced with bread toasted just enough, cheese mix melting into it, then forming a delicious brown toasted cheese crust on top.

A delicious and fast breakfast or snack food, highlighting Irish Cheddar Cheese on rustic Whole Grain Bread.


  • 1 Cup Irish Aged Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 Slices of Whole Grain Bread


  1. Set your Instant Air Fryer to the following setting, 400F for 4 minutes.
  2. Mix the Mayo, Mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and shredded cheese. Then spread evenly on the four slices of whole grain bread.
  3. Place in the Air Fryer when temeprature has been reached and cook for 4 minutes.
  4. After cooking is done, allow the to cool for a moment and carefully remove and serve. Enjoy!

Yield: Serves 2

Prep Time: 3 mins.

Cook time: 4 mins.

Total time: 7 mins.
