Hispanic Heritage Month Recipes
Happy Hispanic Heritage Month! Each year, from September 15 to October 15 Americans celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month by sharing the histories, cultures and contributions of American citizens whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean, Central and South America. 2021 was especially significant because it was the 200th anniversary of Costa Rican Independence from Spain. Here are a few traditional & unique Latin American recipes you may want to add to your menu:
Your dyed quail eggs look amazing! And they look delicious as scotch eggs :) You make your own beer & cheese, which both look pretty good - I love both beer & cheese. Happy cooking & I'll see you next month for IMK x

DeleteWhat a good idea to use quail eggs for coloring and Scotch eggs! The regular ones are so large. How long did you boil the quail eggs? It's always been something I wondered about.

DeleteI don't know how I missed this post Emily, as you know _ I LOVE having a nosey around in your kitchen. I have never eaten quail eggs, but they do look so cute dyed and very effective. Your milk creamer jug is so adorable. Looking forward to seeing you use the 3d Spec cookie cutter.
