ReplyDeleteHi Fiona! Mr. Tiffin would definitely love this place and Irazú volcano, also in Costa Rica, you can walk right up to the edge and there are lovely plants all around. On the way back down the mountain make sure to stop for fruit, they have the best strawberries and blackberries because of the fertile soil. Looking forward to next months linkup! :)
DeleteAmazing colourful plants can grow on the edge like that!
ReplyDeleteHi Heather, thanks for stopping by! Yes, there are many beautiful plants, and orchids. The soil is fertile from the volcanic ash, so plants grow profusely. The fruits and veggies from the region are absolutely delicious.
